I had several companies out to look at my issue and I got something different from each one. Not even my home owners insurance would touch it. Within 15 minutes of being at the house, they were able to locate and fix my problem. If I had called them earlier. I wouldn't have a hole in my floor that is going to cost an arm and a leg to fix. I wanted to cry. I wont ever call anyone else out to fix my issues.
Upon arrival did a electron gas leak search I hit positive on our gas pipes found out a few gas pipes did not have pipe dope on them and we’re also loose applied piped up to all pipes and tightened all joints did another electronic search and a soapy bubble micro leak search and both came back OK. System is on and operational at time of departure
Performing our Five Star Tune-Up & Safety Check on a 2019 Carrier . All readings were within manufacturer's specifications, unit operating properly at this time.
Upon inspection found the wire for fan hanging and the fan cut it in half. Zip tie that held wiring out of way of the fan had broken causing the wires to go down into the fan blades severing two of them. Fan wire has been repaired and secured. The 1994 Amana System is on and operational at time of departure
Attempted to call customer en route to call, unable to reach anyone. Left message letting customer know I was on my way and if they needed to reschedule to give office a call and let us know. Upon arrival was not able to get anyone to answer the door.
