Friendly and on time. Got right to it, and explained his findings with the price right up front. Performed the needed repair, and was out the door with a smile. Afterward, I had a question, and he was quick to answer my call and put my mind at ease. I have peace of mind going into the winter, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Had older furnace blower go out, system was 18+ years old. After discussing options with tech we decided would be better to replace entire furnace instead of blower motor, looking at longterm made more since. Was no pressure in the decision making process, Xenia heating and air were happy to go whichever way we decided. After deciding to replace furnace was able to get it replaced following day. Installers arrived at a time we chose and were finished within approximately 3 hours. We are very happy with service.
Tenacious ate getting me heat. I appreciate it.

Excellent job by Aaron. Made me feel confident in his repair
Customer stated furnace was not heating house. Turned unit on at stat. Blower attempted to come on however would not. Checked capacitor and found it to be low. Replaced cap and restarted system. Blower motor came on then inducer then ignition. Noticed flame rollout upon ignition. Checked heat exchanger with digital camera and observed several cracks. Ran combustion analysis tests with co reading settling at 44ppm and 0ppm in room. In speaking with the home owner she has opted to go ahead and purchase a new system.
Original call was for a furnace tuneup however upon arrival customer advised that the system was not working. Turn unit on it stat inducer motor came on and continuously ran system never ignited. Cleared inducer motor port along with the port on the pressure switch resecured pressures switch housing and restarted system. The 2004 Lennox System is now operational and working properly cycled system on and off several times with no issues
Customer attempted to put his old thermostat back on. Made an adjustment to wiring and restarted system. System is operational and heating upon departure
